Equality Plan
The II Plan for Equal Opportunities between Women and Men of the Technological Institute of Energy (hereinafter “ITE” or “the Institute”), (2022 – 2026) is essential to be able to implement, in a real and effective way, the principle of gender equality in all the policies that, at various levels, this entity has been developing.
In this file, the actions and measures to be implemented in the near future for the benefit of equal opportunities are configured, through the conclusions drawn from a diagnosis of the situation previously carried out and the experiences gathered during the validity of the previous Equality Plan.
